- Lead the design process for residential interior projects, from client brief to final handover.
- Develop and present design concepts, space plans, mood boards and 3D renders to clients.
- Design modular kitchens, wardrobes and furniture that suit BYTS factory standards and materials.
- Review and approve working drawings and cutting lists before release to production.
- Coordinate with the technical design, factory and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project design budgets and timelines, and explain cost impact of design choices to clients.
- Conduct site visits for measurement, design checks and installation review.
- Mentor junior designers and maintain studio design and drawing standards.
- Build strong client relationships and handle design changes and feedback effectively.

Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's/PG degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.




- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential interior design, including at least 2 years leading projects, with a robust portfolio.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools (V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, D5 Render); Adobe Photoshop is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Pytha or other furniture CAD software is a strong plus.
- Good understanding of modular joinery, board materials, laminates and hardware.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Malayalam and English.
- Willingness to travel to client sites in and around Palakkad.
