Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Immigration Specialist with 10+ years of hands-on experience managing US and UK immigration processes, particularly in high-volume environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in employment-based immigration, visa processing, compliance, documentation, and end-to-end case management.

The candidate should be comfortable managing a large caseload, coordinating with employees, HR teams, legal counsel, and external immigration partners, and ensuring timely and accurate processing in line with applicable immigration regulations and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

- Manage high-volume US and UK immigration cases, ensuring timely processing, accuracy, and compliance.
- Oversee end-to-end immigration case management, including case initiation, document collection, application preparation, submission coordination, and status tracking.
- Handle employment-based immigration matters, visa applications, extensions, renewals, and dependent visa processes.
- US Immigration: Manage or coordinate employment-based visa processes, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, and other applicable visa categories.
- UK Immigration: Manage or coordinate Skilled Worker visas, sponsor-related processes, visa extensions, dependent applications, and other relevant work visa categories.




- Review application documents and supporting evidence to ensure completeness and accuracy before submission or legal review.
- Coordinate with HR teams, talent acquisition, business stakeholders, employees, external immigration counsel, and service providers.
- Monitor visa expirations, renewal deadlines, application progress, and compliance requirements.
- Manage escalations, complex cases, employee queries, and immigration-related risks.
- Maintain accurate immigration databases, case trackers, dashboards, and management reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve immigration workflows, reduce turnaround times, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to defined SLAs, quality standards, confidentiality requirements, and internal policies.
- Provide guidance to junior team members and support knowledge sharing within the immigration function.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 10+ years of relevant experience in immigration, global mobility, visa processing, or immigration case management.
- Solid hands-on experience supporting both US and UK immigration processes.
- Proven track record of handling high-volume immigration cases in a corporate, consulting, or immigration services environment.




- Strong knowledge of employment-based visa categories, documentation, application workflows, and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing multiple cases, competing priorities, escalations, and strict deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and immigration case management systems.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and improving immigration operations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with multinational organisations, global mobility teams, immigration law firms, or immigration service providers.
- Experience handling bulk employee mobility, visa extensions, renewals, and complex immigration cases.
- Exposure to immigration process audits, compliance reporting, operational metrics, and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience managing relationships with external immigration counsel and third-party service providers.
