- Ensures software applications meet technical and functional requirements

- Ensures compliance with application standards, valuable business practices and group processes

- Manages or participates to group or local application(s) projects initial build or deployment

- Ensures functional support,



corrective maintenance and evolution of the application (Requirement analysis, definition of technical and functional specifications, system configuration, etc.)

- Executes and manages tests campaign

- Writes application documentation (design document, user guide, specification, tests document, etc.)

- Prepares and performs users trainings

- Collects and documents functional requirements from customers

- Transforms the requirements into a solution

- Participates to Level 2 support within the functional domain

- Interacts with end users and supports on complex issues and tasks and troubleshooting, defining and documenting the working instructions and escalate requests to the right technical team

- Maintains application(s) configuration

- Animates trainings for end users

- Works under the supervision of a Senior or Expert BAA
