Acquisition & Sourcing (GT Focus)Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for General Trade positions across entry-level to mid-management roles. Build a robust candidate pipeline for high-turnover field roles (e.g., Sales Representatives, Pilot Sales Executives, Territory Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers). Leverage diverse sourcing channels including local job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, field referrals, and regional recruitment agencies.

- Screening & EvaluationConduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates on relevant FMCG distribution experience, territory knowledge, channel handling, and beat planning expertise.
