Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (TA)

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions.

- Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, consultants, referrals, and social media.

- Drive manpower planning and ensure timely closure of open positions.

- Coordinate with department heads for workforce requirements and recruitment planning.

Learning & Development (L&D;)

- Identify training needs through TNI and performance reviews.

- Design and execute technical, behavioral, and leadership development programs.

- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records and compliance.

- Coordinate induction and onboarding programs for current employees.

Employee Engagement (EE)

- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, cultural events, rewards & recognition programs.

- Conduct employee surveys and implement action plans to improve engagement.





- Drive communication initiatives to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.

- Support retention and employee wellness programs.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor CSR activities in line with company objectives and statutory requirements.

- Liaise with NGOs, educational institutions, and local communities for CSR initiatives.

- Track CSR project progress, budgets, and impact assessments.

- Prepare CSR reports and documentation for management review.

Requirements

- MBA/PGDM in HR (Full-Time) from a recognized institute.

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR, with exposure to TA, L&D;, Employee Engagement, and CSR.

- Experience in manufacturing/automotive industry will be preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.
