Job Summary

The Senior Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of the private residence. The candidate must ensure high housekeeping standards, proper care of furniture and household items, and a clean, organised, and comfortable environment for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness of bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, dining areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Perform daily cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitisation.
- Ensure beds are properly made and rooms are neat and well-presented.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of bathrooms and replenish toiletries and other amenities.
- Handle furniture, furnishings, decorative items, and household belongings with care.
- Assist with laundry, ironing, folding, and proper storage of linen and garments.
- Prepare guest rooms before arrivals and maintain them during their stay.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and report stock requirements to the supervisor.
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and use cleaning chemicals safely.
- Report any damage, maintenance issues, or lost and found items immediately.
- Coordinate with other household staff to ensure smooth daily operations.




- Maintain qualified behaviour and strict confidentiality regarding the residents and their personal affairs.
- Follow the instructions and daily schedules provided by the supervisor or Residence Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 3–5 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel, premium residence, or private household.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, linen care, and housekeeping equipment.
- Good understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to handle household items and furnishings carefully.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
