? We’re Hiring | Senior Golang Developer – Python & AI Exposure

We are looking for a highly skilled Golang Developer with strong hands-on experience in Go, working knowledge of Python, and exposure to AI-powered engineering tools . The ideal candidate should have solid backend development expertise and experience building scalable, reliable, production-ready applications.

? Key Responsibilities

Golang & Backend Engineering

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang.
- Build and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and backend integrations.
- Apply Go concurrency concepts, including goroutines and channels, for productive processing.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code using SOLID principles and design patterns.
- Implement error handling, retries, idempotency, authentication, and authorization.

Python & API Development

- Work with Python for backend development, API integration, scripting, and automation as required.
- Develop and maintain APIs supporting product configuration, rate cards, usage, rating, summaries, audit trails, and job management.
- Build reusable libraries and modularize existing backend components.

AI-Assisted Engineering

- Use AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot.
- Leverage AI tools for code generation, debugging, refactoring, test generation, and code reviews.
- Validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and production readiness.

Cloud, Data & Production Support

- Develop and support cloud-based services using AWS Lambda, ECS/containers, and RDS.




- Work with SQL, relational databases, transactions, and data consistency.
- Support asynchronous processing, data ingestion, reconciliation, and high-volume data workflows.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and production reliability.
- Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and deliver timely fixes.

?️ Required Technical Skills
- Golang: Strong hands-on experience in Go programming, concurrency, interfaces, error handling, and backend service development.
- Python: Working knowledge or hands-on experience in Python development.
- Backend & APIs: REST API design, microservices, API security, authentication, authorization, retries, and idempotency.
- Software Engineering: SOLID principles, design patterns, clean code, modular architecture, and unit testing.
- AI Development Tools: Exposure to Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted engineering tools.
- AWS: Experience with Lambda, ECS/containers, and RDS.
- Database & Data Processing: SQL, relational database design, transactions, asynchronous processing, and data consistency.
- DevOps & Reliability: CI/CD, automated testing, production debugging, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Good to Have:

- Experience with billing, metering, rating, or subscription management systems.
- Experience with data migration, reconciliation, and high-volume transactional systems.

? Ideal Candidate A strong backend engineer with 6+ years of experience, excellent Golang proficiency, Python exposure, and familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools .
