Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual design initiatives across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a solid understanding of branding, and experience creating engaging creatives for social media, digital advertising, websites, and marketing campaigns.

The candidate will collaborate with the digital marketing, content, and video editing teams to develop high-quality visual content that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality creatives for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging ad creatives for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns.
- Develop marketing materials such as banners, brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, and company profiles.
- Design website banners, landing page visuals, promotional graphics, and other digital assets.
- Create festival creatives, promotional campaigns, and brand communication materials for multiple clients.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Collaborate with digital marketing managers, content writers, video editors, and account managers to execute creative strategies.
- Understand client briefs and translate marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Review designs, incorporate feedback, and ensure quality before final delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, creative formats, and social media specifications.
- Guide junior designers, review their work, and maintain design quality across projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- 3–6 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects is an advantage.
- Experience with Canva and other creative design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing social media creatives, digital ad banners, and marketing collateral.
- Knowledge of different social media platform dimensions and advertising creative requirements.
- Ability to understand brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, time management, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple client projects and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or advertising agency.
- Understanding of digital marketing campaigns and performance-oriented ad creatives.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design tools and image-generation platforms.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation.
- Experience managing creative projects and mentoring junior designers.
