Senior Full-Stack Engineer AI Product Development

About the Role

We're hiring a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and operate AI-powered products end-to-end. You'll own complex features across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure - combining strong full-stack engineering with a passion for building intelligent, AI-driven applications - while mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.

What You'll Do

Lead design and delivery of end-to-end AI products and platform capabilities

Define architecture, coding standards and best practices across backend, frontend and data layers

Build scalable, secure backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs

Lead data-centric React UIs: dashboards, tables, workflows, audit trails

Architect and manage AWS deployments for scale, reliability and cost efficiency

Drive observability and CI/CD best practices

Mentor engineers, run code reviews, and partner with product & data teams

Must-Have Skills





Backend: Node.js with TypeScript (deep expertise); Python preferred

API design: auth, RBAC, rate limiting, pagination

Distributed systems: event-driven architecture, queues, async processing

AWS: EC2/EKS/Lambda, S3, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch

Docker, containerized deployments, CI/CD pipelines

Frontend: React, state management, performance optimization

Data: MongoDB, SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Kafka/RabbitMQ

Good to Have

Agentic AI / LLM-based workflows

Airflow (or similar) and ETL/ELT concepts

Microservices & DDD

High-scale, data-intensive environments
