About Us

Walnut Folks Group is the parent company of three agencies shaping how brands grow in India:

- Confluencr – influencer marketing (700+ brands served)
- Intent Farm – performance and marketplace marketing
- Kalakaaar – talent representation

We blend a marketer's mindset with a builder's one. Alongside our agency work, we run a consumer-facing Creator App with a large, active user base, and are building SaaS products that are getting ready to go to market. This role sits at the centre of that.

Most developers get a ticket and ship code. Here, you get a business problem and own the whole thing: what to build, building it, and keeping it alive once people depend on it.

At Walnut Folks Group, we're building AI-powered products across three fronts:

- SaaS products, being tested internally now and getting ready to go to market
- Our Creator App, a consumer-facing app with a large, active user base
- Internal systems that make our agencies faster and sharper

You'll work across all three, and on some you'll be the owner who takes a product from idea to live in front of real users.

The Gist of What You'll Do:

Understand the Business First

Sit with account managers, strategists, finance and leadership. Figure out where time is wasted, where decisions are slow, and where AI can actually move the needle.

Scope Like an Owner

Turn messy problems into transparent product scopes covering what to build, what to skip, and what success looks like. You decide what's worth building.

Research & Prototype Fast:

Explore what's already out there, test approaches, and get a working prototype in front of users in days, not months.

Build End to End

Frontend, backend, data and AI layers,



using whatever gets it done best, with AI tools as your co-pilot.

Test, Deploy, Maintain:

Ship it, get people using it, and own its reliability. If it breaks, it's yours to fix.

Iterate on Real Usage

Watch how users actually use what you built, gather feedback, and keep improving.

Examples of What You Might Build:

- Features for our Creator App, used by creators every day
- SaaS products for brands and marketers, from early version to market launch
- AI systems that analyse why certain ad creatives work, or flag which accounts need attention before anyone asks

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years of experience building and shipping software products
- Proof that you've built something real using AI heavily, in your own workflow, in the product, or both
- Comfort across the stack. You don't need to be an expert at everything, but you can figure anything out
- Ability to talk to non-tech people, understand what they need, and push back when needed
- An owner's mindset: you care whether the thing gets used, not just whether it got shipped
- Bonus: experience shipping to external users at scale (a consumer app or SaaS), not only internal tools
- Marketing experience is a bonus, not a requirement To Apply:
