We are looking for a

Senior FP&A; skilled to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, business performance analysis, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders to provide financial insights, improve profitability, and support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Planning & Analysis:

Lead annual budgeting, business planning, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial projections.

- P&L; Management:

Monitor business performance against budgets, analyse revenue, costs, margins, and profitability, and highlight key variances.

- MIS & Management Reporting:

Develop and maintain financial dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide actionable insights to leadership.

- Business Partnering:

Work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, procurement, and other business teams to support financial decision-making.

- Cost Optimisation:

Identify cost-saving opportunities, monitor operating expenses, and drive initiatives to improve margins and overall financial efficiency.

- Financial Modelling:

Build financial models, scenario analyses, and forecasts to evaluate business initiatives and support strategic planning.

- Performance Monitoring:





Track key business metrics across channels, categories, and product lines to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.

- Cash Flow Management:

Support cash flow forecasting, working capital monitoring, and liquidity planning.

- Strategic Support:

Provide financial insights for pricing, product profitability, resource allocation, and business expansion decisions.

- Process Improvement:

Strengthen financial planning processes, improve reporting accuracy, and automate recurring reports wherever possible.

Requirements

- CA / MBA Finance or an equivalent qualification.

- Relevant experience(4 +) in FP&A;, business finance, financial planning, or management reporting.

- Strong understanding of P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis.

- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands would be preferred.

- Advanced Excel skills;

experience with BI tools and ERP systems is an added advantage.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights and work in a fast-paced environment.
