Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Foreman with 15+ years of experience in commercial interior fit-outs and turnkey projects. The candidate should be capable of independently managing site execution, labour teams, quality, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily execution of commercial interior and turnkey projects.
- Manage carpenters, painters, ceiling, flooring, electrical, and other labour teams.
- Read and understand working drawings and execution details.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and work schedules.
- Ensure quality finishing, safety, and minimum material wastage.
- Resolve site issues and ensure timely project handover.

Required Skills & Experience





- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in interior execution.
- Strong knowledge of turnkey projects and finishing works.
- Experience managing labour teams and subcontractors.
- Ability to understand drawings and manage site activities independently.
- Experience in corporate offices, sales galleries, clubhouses, retail, or hospitality projects preferred.
