Job Summary

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Senior Finance & Capital Markets Analyst with a strong understanding of stock markets, financial analysis, financial modelling, Futures & Options (F&O;), and commodity markets. The candidate will be responsible for analysing market movements, evaluating investment opportunities, preparing financial models, and supporting fundraising and strategic financial decisions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong numerical and analytical skills, an understanding of financial markets, and the ability to convert financial data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily stock market movements, market indices, sector performance, and economic developments.
- Analyse equity markets, Futures & Options (F&O;), and commodity markets to identify potential opportunities and risks.
- Conduct market research and prepare reports on market trends, investment opportunities, and financial performance.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, valuation models, and financial projections.
- Evaluate business proposals, investment opportunities, and project feasibility.
- Support fundraising activities,



financial planning, and investment evaluation.
- Analyse financial statements, business performance, and relevant financial indicators.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, and financial insights to support decision-making.
- Track macroeconomic indicators, corporate announcements, and developments affecting financial markets.
- Maintain accurate financial data and market analysis reports.

Qualifications

- Education: MBA Finance

Skills

- Strong understanding of stock markets, equity research, and capital markets.
- Knowledge of Futures & Options (F&O;), derivatives, and commodity markets.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Understanding of company valuation, investment analysis, and fundraising.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
- Mandatory Keywords: Solid understanding of stock markets, equity research, and capital markets.
