About House of Fett

Premium Indian womenswear label with 15 exclusive stores across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Raipur and Kolkata. Everything we sell is designed and manufactured in-house.

Role

You will be on the floor at one of our busiest mall stores, helping customers find the right pieces, styling them and closing the sale. You will have your own daily target and work closely with the Store Manager and Senior Fashion Consultant.

Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹26,000 per month plus sales incentive

Location: Oberoi Mall, Goregaon East, 2nd floor

Timings: Mall hours, six days, rotational weekday off

What you will do

- Greet every customer and help them find and try the right pieces
- Style customers and suggest add-ons to grow bill value
- Achieve your daily and monthly sales target
- Capture customer details and loyalty on every bill
- Ask happy customers for Google reviews at billing
- Keep racks,



displays and trial rooms neat and to brand standard
- Assist with billing, exchanges and returns as per policy
- Support stock receiving, tagging and weekly stock counts

Who we are looking for

- At least 3 year in fashion retail with a clothing brand, womenswear preferred
- Friendly, confident and comfortable approaching customers
- Genuine interest in fashion and styling
- Good spoken Hindi, working English
- Well groomed and presentable
- Available for weekends and festive peaks
