We are looking for detail-oriented professionals to manage inventory operations, coordinate with Mother Hub (MH) stakeholders, and ensure accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily syncs and follow-ups with MH POCs to track tasks, ensure adherence, and resolve operational issues.

- Clean, validate, analyze, and publish reports and dashboards with high data accuracy.

- Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.

- Maintain inventory reports and support operational performance tracking.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth inventory operations.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.

- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.

- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

- Solid communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

- High attention to detail and data validation accuracy.

- Basic/Intermediate SQL knowledge will be an added advantage.
