Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition(Real Estate Hiring)
Location: Juinagar/Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
:-
- Manage the complete recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Handle candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
Skills & Requirements:-
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and other job portals.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Candidates from Real Estate, NBFC, or BFSI backgrounds are preferred.
