About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Executive – IT & Infrastructure to support our IT systems, networks, business software, and daily technical requirements.

The role requires strong infrastructure and troubleshooting skills, along with practical knowledge of CRM systems, software integrations, automation, and AI tools. The candidate should understand how different departments use software, identify issues, and implement improvements independently or with software vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain computers, laptops, servers, printers, network equipment, and other IT assets.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connections, firewalls, VPNs, and remote access.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Outlook, user accounts, shared mailboxes, permissions, and email security.
- Support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtual environments where applicable.
- Resolve day-to-day technical issues and minimise disruption to business operations.
- Provide technical support for CRM, accounting, aviation operations, and other business applications.
- Investigate CRM issues involving user access, workflows, reports, data synchronisation, and integrations.
- Support connections between operational software, CRM platforms, and accounting systems such as Zoho Books.
- Identify the causes of software errors and coordinate with vendors or developers to resolve them.
- Handle basic software customisation, scripting, and workflow changes within authorised access.
- Use APIs, webhooks, and automation tools to reduce manual work and improve data flow between systems.




- Identify practical uses for AI in reporting, document processing, internal support, and routine business tasks.
- Introduce AI tools with appropriate controls for confidential company and client information.
- Maintain cybersecurity controls, endpoint protection, backups, and recovery procedures.
- Manage employee IT onboarding, access changes, and offboarding.
- Support telephone and communication systems, including 3CX where applicable.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset records, software licences, and vendor support records.
- Coordinate with the Dubai IT team and external service providers on technical requirements and projects.
- Provide technical support outside normal working hours when required for critical issues affecting 24/7 operations.

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and technical support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365 administration, networking, firewalls, and backups.
- Hands-on experience supporting CRM and business software, including troubleshooting workflows and integration issues.
- Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, SQL, and scripting using PowerShell, Python, or similar tools.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools and their application to business processes.
- Experience with workflow automation using Power Automate, Zoho Flow, Make, n8n, or similar platforms.
- Ability to understand departmental requirements and convert them into practical technical solutions.
- Robust troubleshooting, documentation, vendor coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership of technical issues and follow them through to resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.
- Microsoft, Fortinet, Cisco, or equivalent certifications would be an advantage.
- Experience with Zoho Books, CRM platforms, 3CX, or aviation software would be an advantage.
- Previous experience supporting a business with international offices or 24/7 operations is desirable.
