About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration in a professional work workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle daily attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and workplace discipline.
- Support HR policies, statutory compliance, and labour law requirements.
- Coordinate employee training, performance reviews, and appraisals.




- Manage manpower planning and coordinate with department heads.
- Prepare HR daily reports and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements:

- Experience: 3–5 years in HR operations; manufacturing or jewellery industry experience preferred.

- Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification.

- Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and HR administration.
- Familiarity with labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software.
