About this Role

As theHRBP, youwill act as a trusted advisor to business heads, align HR initiatives with organizational goals, and foster a high-performance culture.

This is a strategic + operational role requiring someone who can balance employee advocacy, organizationaleffectiveness,andleadershipsupport inafast-paced,entrepreneurial environment.

Specificaly, this role will involve

- Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational priorities
- Providing a data-driven insights on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design
- Partner with leadership on change management initiatives and organizational transformation Talent Management & Development
- Driving talent acquisition strategies for critical roles in collaboration with the TA team
- Partnering with managers on performance management, career development, and succession planning
- Identifying skill gaps and design learning & development initiatives to upskill employees Employee Engagement & Culture Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and collaboration aligned with Masters’ Union’s mission
- Leading employee engagement programs to enhance retention and motivation
- Acting as a bridge between employees and leadership, ensuring transparent communication HR Operations & Policy
- Ensuring consistent application of HR policies, compliance with labor laws, and risk management
- Overseeing employee life cycle activities in partnership with the HR team (onboarding, feedback, exits)
- Implementing and tracking HR metrics (attrition, engagement scores, performance trends) for decision making

Ideal candidate will have

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of HRBP or people partner in a high growth startup environment.
- Robust business acumen with the ability to translate business challenges into HR interventions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data -driven people and analytics.
