Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, accurate Senior Executive – Documentation to oversee all processing and regulatory aspects of our freight movements. This position requires meticulous attention to compliance and paperwork standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare, verify, and issue Bills of Lading (BL), and other critical import/export documentation.
- Handle DG shipping
- Ensure full compliance with regional shipping laws and international customs requirements.
- Coordinate closely with customers, transport carriers, and internal teams to ensure paperwork prevents transit delays.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of specialized experience handling documentation within freight forwarding.
- Experience in handling DG shipping
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of standard shipping practices, carrier portals, and customs documentation protocols.
- Qualities: Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, and deadline-oriented.
