We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical ERP Support Specialist to join our Digital team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, troubleshooting technical and functional issues within our ecosystem. You will ensure system stability, maintain data integrity, optimize operational workflows, and deliver continuous user training.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between technical infrastructure and business processes to keep our enterprise operations running seamlessly.

Core Responsibilities

- User Support & Troubleshooting
- Act as the primary helpdesk resource to log, diagnose, and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 ERP issues.
- Differentiate between system bugs and user misunderstandings, providing immediate course correction.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external ERP vendors to escalate complex system errors.
- System Maintenance & Optimization
- Monitor system performance, network connectivity, API integrations, and database errors.
- Test and deploy system patches, fixes, configuration changes, and version upgrades.
- Create, modify,



and maintain custom reports and dashboards to align with department workflows.
- Data Governance & Integrity
- Audit data inputs regularly to maintain strict data integrity and system security compliance.
- Assist with master data management and mapping during data migration or module expansions.
- Training & Documentation
- Conduct onboarding and continuous system training for cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Supply Chain).
- Author and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with relational databases and writing SQL queries.
- Solid understanding of core business processes across finance, procurement, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing software and system documentation practices.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, patience, and the ability to explain complex technical actions to non-technical users.
