Job Title: Senior Executive/Assistant HR Manager / HR Manager

Reports To: CFO

Experience: 5–12 Years

Qualification : Full-time postgraduate degree/PGDM in HR Management & Labour Relations Mandatory

Salary: ₹10–15 LPA

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations and strategic HR initiatives at our manufacturing plant in Sri City.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning for technical, mid-level and leadership positions.
- Manage performance appraisal, KPI/OKR frameworks, talent reviews and succession planning.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, engagement, welfare and retention initiatives.
- Ensure statutory compliance, labour law adherence, factory regulations and plant administration.
- Drive HR analytics, HRMS reporting,



dashboards and workforce metrics using Excel and Power BI.
- Partner with senior management to support organizational development and change management.

Requirements:

- 5–12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, automotive or electronics/EMS.
- Solid experience in HR generalist functions, employee relations, talent management and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in HRMS, advanced MS Excel and HR analytics/reporting tools.
- Mandatory: Full-time postgraduate degree/PGDM in HR Management & Labour Relations (HRM & LR) from XLRI.
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
