Job Opening: Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – Accounts Receivable

Apace Transco Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced professional to manage Accounts Receivable operations in the transportation and logistics sector. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in client billing, collections, reconciliation, and outstanding payment management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable operations.
- Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collection from clients.
- Perform customer ledger reconciliation and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Follow up with clients regarding overdue payments and maintain ageing reports.
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Accounts teams for billing accuracy.
- Handle credit notes, debit notes, payment allocations, and customer queries.
- Prepare receivables MIS, collection reports, and monthly outstanding statements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely closure of customer accounts.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, client billing, and collections.
- Experience in the transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
- Expertise in ledger reconciliation, ageing analysis, and outstanding recovery.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and MIS reporting.
- Working knowledge of Tally, ERP, or accounting software.
- Strong communication, follow-up, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet collection targets.

Eligibility
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting; relevant professional qualifications preferred.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a transportation or logistics company.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in client collections and transport billing will be preferred.
