- Expert in Welding Fabrication Process and probelm solver in case any defect in proocess
- Expert in GDNT and drawing reading; Lead APQP, PPAP, Safe Launch (GP-12), supplier qualification, and engineering change management.
- Conduct supplier process, product, and system audits as per IATF 16949 requirements.
- Drive supplier development through process capability improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Review and approve AIAG Core Tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, Process Flow).
- Resolve supplier quality issues using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone,
and other structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Support new supplier development, localization, and recent product introduction (NPI).
