MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in end-to-end AIF Fund Operations, preferably with a Category II AIF
Robust experience in investor onboarding, fund accounting, NAV review, and portfolio operations.
Good understanding of IFSCA regulations, regulatory filings, fund audits, and GIFT City / IFSC operations.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end fund operations, including trade execution, settlement, and portfolio transaction monitoring.
Oversee investor onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and investor lifecycle management.
Coordinate fund accounting, NAV review, reconciliations, and financial reporting with fund administrators.
Manage fund audits, regulatory filings, and compliance with applicable IFSCA guidelines.
Coordinate with custodians, fund administrators, auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.




Monitor fund transactions, cash flows, and portfolio-related activities.
Implement new regulatory guidelines and maintain robust operational controls and documentation.
Support periodic investor reporting and ensure timely execution of fund-related activities.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
5+ years of experience in AIF Fund Operations, preferably with Category II AIFs.
Robust understanding of fund operations, investor servicing, fund accounting, and regulatory requirements.
Exposure to GIFT City / IFSC and IFSCA regulations will be preferred.
Experience coordinating with fund administrators, custodians, auditors, and other financial institutions.
Solid analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
