Mission

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Accounting: Manage, record, and maintain core financial transactions-including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and journal vouchers-using Tally ERP / Tally Prime.

General Ledger & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate general ledgers, perform continuous account reconciliations, and ensure pristine bookkeeping standards.

AP/AR Management: Take ownership of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable workflows to optimize cash flow and maintain solid vendor and client relationships.

Banking & Cash Flow: Conduct regular bank reconciliations and track daily cash flow movements to maintain liquidity awareness.

GST & Statutory Compliance: Prepare GST-related filings/data and ensure seamless compliance with local statutory tax requirements.

Financial Closings: Assist in accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing procedures.

Reporting & Analytics: Generate insightful Management Information System (MIS) reports and financial statements to guide strategic decision-making.

Audit Support: Serve as a key point of contact for external and internal auditors, preparing supporting documentation to ensure smooth audit cycles.

Maintain neat, audit-ready physical and digital filing systems for all financial transactions and supporting documentation. What We Are Looking For

Tally Proficiency: Hands-on experience operating Tally ERP 9 and/or Tally Prime.

Core Accounting Expertise: Robust fundamentals in double-entry bookkeeping, AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Taxation Knowledge: Practical familiarity with GST preparation and statutory compliance.

Attention to Detail: High accuracy in numbers, reconciliation, and documentation control.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate raw financial data into meaningful MIS reports for management.
