Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth shop-floor operations.

Coordinate manpower, materials, and production schedules.

Understand engineering and fabrication drawings.

Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to specifications.

Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and other departments to resolve production issues.

Maintain production records and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.

Develop familiarity with pressure vessel components, piping systems, and pipe fittings.

Requirements

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

1–5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or fabrication.

Basic knowledge of pressure vessels, industrial piping, and pipe fittings.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

Positive coordination, problem-solving, and shop-floor management skills.

Experience in pressure vessel or heat exchanger manufacturing will be an advantage.
