Role Description The English Teacher will work full time on-site at Fahim Academy in Patna, providing engaging and structured English language instruction to students. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons aligned with curriculum standards, explaining grammar and vocabulary, improving students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, and preparing classroom materials and assessments. The role also involves monitoring student progress, offering constructive feedback, maintaining accurate records, and creating an inclusive, disciplined, and motivating classroom environment. The English Teacher will collaborate with colleagues,



communicate regularly with parents or guardians when needed, and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid domain skills in English Teaching and Teaching, with the ability to instruct learners at various proficiency levels.
Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Education, including designing structured, curriculum-based lesson plans and learning activities.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; a teaching certification or training in pedagogy is an advantage.
Demonstrated classroom management abilities, empathy, and the capacity to foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
Experience using age-appropriate teaching methods, educational technology, and assessment tools to support student learning.
Prior teaching experience in schools or academies is preferred, especially in English language or literature.
