Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive based in Patna. The role involves engaging with customers in-store, explaining product features, managing inquiries, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. The Sales and Marketing Executive will support marketing campaigns, assist in planning promotional activities, and help execute local marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility. Daily responsibilities include conducting basic market research, gathering customer feedback, preparing sales reports,



and coordinating with the team on pricing, merchandising, and event-specific offers. The role also requires maintaining robust relationships with customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and representing the brand professionally.
Qualifications
Ability to perform Market Planning and Market Research to support sales and promotional strategies.
Strong Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and partners.
Practical Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and relationship building.
Marketing skills for assisting in campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness activities.
Basic knowledge of retail operations or wedding-related products is an advantage.
Comfort working in office in a fast-paced setting in Patna.
Prior experience in sales or marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
