Role Description This is a full time Junior Architect role based in Bhopal.The Junior Architect will assist in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and producing detailed design documentation under the guidance of senior team members. Daily tasks include working on architectural layouts, 3D models, and presentation materials, as well as coordinating with internal project teams to ensure design consistency and compliance with codes and regulations. The role also involves supporting basic project planning activities, contributing to design reviews, and learning to integrate software and digital tools into the architectural workflow. The Junior Architect will be expected to communicate clearly with colleagues, manage assigned tasks in a timely manner,



and maintain accurate records of design changes and project files.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into plans and visual representations.
Experience or familiarity with Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, or digital workflows.
Basic understanding of Project Management principles, including task prioritization, timelines, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and comfort with digital collaboration tools.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture or an equivalent relevant field from an accredited institution.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to follow design guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team workplace.
Interest in sustainable design practices and willingness to learn current methodologies, tools, and technologies.
