Support field through trouble shooting on system.
Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT.
Monthly hold clearance.
Process Analysis & Sharing of best practices with team.
Coordinate with Sales & ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT.
Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process.
Liasoning with functional team - Operations, risk, banking, to cover process gap.
