Role Overview

We’re looking for a commercially driven leader to build Nudge Asia’s market presence, win new clients and grow existing relationships. The role carries responsibility for business development, agency marketing, revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the agency’s marketing and business development strategy.
- Acquire clients across luxury, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, retail, technology, alcobev and other relevant sectors.
- Build relationships with marketing leaders, brand teams and procurement stakeholders.
- Generate qualified opportunities through outreach, networking, partnerships and referrals.
- Lead pitches, proposals, commercial negotiations and business closures.
- Grow existing accounts through new briefs, cross-selling and long-term partnerships.
- Oversee agency positioning, credentials, case studies, website, social media,



PR and industry visibility.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy and operations teams to deliver compelling, profitable proposals.
- Manage revenue targets, sales forecasts, pipeline reporting and pitch conversion.
- Build and mentor the marketing and business development team.

Experience & Skills

- 10+ years of experience in experiential marketing, events, activations or integrated agency business development.
- Proven success in acquiring and growing profitable client accounts.
- Strong network of brand and marketing decision-makers.
- Excellent pitching, negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
- Experience leading teams and working towards revenue and margin targets.
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.

- Recent client revenue and acquisitions.
- Existing account growth and retention.
- Qualified pipeline and pitch conversion.
- Profitability of secured business.
- Agency visibility and inbound enquiries.
