Dhanl4Lands is a real estate and property solutions company helping clients buy, sell and rent residential and commercial properties. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to run our paid campaigns and create fresh content across all social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Plan, run and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and lead generation campaigns
- Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search and Display)
- Create and publish current content (posts, reels, creatives, captions) on all social media platforms
- Prepare content calendars and promote new properties and projects
- Track performance and report leads, cost per lead and ROI
- Grow followers, engagement and brand presence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Good knowledge of social media marketing and content creation
- Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut or similar)
- Good communication and creative thinking
- Real estate marketing experience preferred
Experience: Digital marketing: 2+ years (required)
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
