(JD) – Senior Data & CRM Solutions Architect (CRM / Data Warehouse / Data Lake / Data Lakehouse)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data & CRM Solutions Architect with strong expertise in CRM platforms, enterprise data architecture, data warehousing, data lakes, data lakehouse architectures, ETL/ELT frameworks, and analytics ecosystems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions that enable customer engagement, business intelligence, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.





Experience: 8 to 15 Years

Location: TrueID office, Hyderabad

This role requires a blend of CRM domain expertise, data architecture leadership, and hands-on experience in large-scale enterprise data environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and lead enterprise architecture for CRM, data warehouse, data lake, and data lakehouse platforms.
- Design scalable and integrated data ecosystems that support customer management, analytics, reporting, AI/ML, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Architect enterprise CRM solutions and ensure seamless integration with business applications, operational systems, and data platforms.
- Develop enterprise data models, data governance frameworks, and master data management strategies.
- Design and optimize data warehouses, data marts, data lakes, and lakehouse architectures to support structured and unstructured data workloads.
- Lead ETL/ELT architecture, data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration processes.
- Establish data integration standards and best practices across enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, product teams, and technology leaders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Ensure data quality,



security, compliance, and governance across all data assets.
- Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud migration and next-generation data platform adoption.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architecture improvements aligned with business goals.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, and mentoring to data engineering and CRM teams.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, CRM solutions, data warehousing, or analytics platform implementation.
- Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale data platforms and enterprise CRM ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of customer data management, enterprise data integration, and analytics architectures.
- Experience working in complex, high-volume data environments supporting enterprise reporting and business intelligence.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise data architectures, including data warehouses, lakehouses, and cloud-based data platforms.
