Job Responsibilities:

- Develop the overall content and communication strategy across Performance Marketing and Social Media.
- Create high-performing communication angles, hooks, scripts, and concepts for Meta and other digital platforms.
- Develop multiple creative angles based on consumer pain points, benefits, objections, and motivations.
- Build social media content strategy across fitness, nutrition, performance, hydration, recovery, sleep, and product education.
- Simplify product science and technical information into engaging and easy-to-understand consumer communication.
- Create content briefs, scripts, and communication frameworks for creators, influencers, designers, and video teams.
- Work closely with Performance Marketing to analyse winning creatives and improve hooks, retention, and conversion communication.
- Stay updated on fitness, sports nutrition, social media, and global content trends.
- Analyse Indian and international competitors and identify relevant communication opportunities.
- Support product launches and campaigns with robust storytelling and integrated communication ideas.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in Content Strategy, Brand Content,



or Performance Creative Strategy.
- Strong understanding and genuine interest in fitness, sports nutrition, supplements, and wellness.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and script-writing skills.
- Good understanding of consumer psychology and performance marketing creatives.
- Solid awareness of Instagram, YouTube, creator culture, and emerging content formats.
- Ability to translate product science into simple, engaging, and consumer-friendly content.
- Ability to create content that drives engagement as well as business results.
