Shows eagerness to take up new assignments and initiative to identify opportunities to improve information products and procedures for creating them

Effectively communicates with the internal and external stakeholders

Topic based and structured authoring in DITA

Documentation estimation

REST API documentation

Knowledge of software tools like Framemaker / Oxygen, and Captivate

Desired Skillset

Experience on DITA migration
