Your work profile

- SAP Ariba Implementation: Expertise in contract configuration and contract integration ECC and S/4 HANA with at least 2 implementations completed.
- Configure and implement SAP Ariba Contract Management solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle processes, including contract creation, approval workflows, negotiation, execution, and renewal.
- Design and configure contract templates, clauses, workflows, and security settings.
- Collaborate with procurement, legal, sourcing,



and business teams to optimize contract management processes.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and deployment activities.

Key skills required

- Should have atleast minimum 6 years of relevant experience in SAP ARIBA.
- Support SAP Ariba integration with SAP ERP/S4HANA and third-party applications.
- Create functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot system issues.
- Ensure compliance with organizational procurement and contract governance policies.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of APIs, middleware, and integration tools such as SAP CIG

Qualification

- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer Science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA.
