Ashoka Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic, target-driven, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Officers to promote and sell its chemical products across assigned territories. The ideal candidates should have experience in sales and marketing, strong customer relationship management skills, and knowledge of the chemical, paint, soap, or detergent industries.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
Promote and sell the company's product range across assigned territories.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, client visits, and competitor analysis.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve assigned targets.
Conduct regular field visits to expand market reach and strengthen customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide regular sales reports.
Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Job Specification
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or an equivalent qualification.
3–4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a related industry.
Knowledge of the chemical, paint, soap, and detergent sectors is highly preferred.
Must possess a personal motorcycle and a valid driving license.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer handling, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
