Job Responsibilities
Lead UI/UX design projects, develop advanced designs, and mentor juniors.
Manage and guide a team of UI/UX designers, providing mentorship and reviews.

Ensure design consistency and maintain a cohesive visual identity across products.
Drive innovation and stay updated with design trends, tools, and methodologies.
Demonstrate proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD.
Apply experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
Utilize in-depth knowledge of front-end development including HTML, CSS, JavaScript as a plus.
Exhibit solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
