Role Description The Senior Construction Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site in Ludhiana, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with design specifications and quality standards. This full-time role includes coordinating with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors, reviewing and interpreting construction drawings, and resolving technical issues that arise during execution.

Engineer will plan and supervise the use of heavy equipment, monitor material usage, conduct site inspections, and enforce compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role also involves preparing progress reports,



supporting cost and time estimates, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated proficiency in Construction Engineering and Civil Engineering, with the ability to manage complex building and infrastructure projects.
- Solid capability in reading, interpreting, and applying Construction Drawings to guide on-site execution and ensure design intent is met.
- Hands-on experience working with Heavy Equipment, including planning usage, coordinating operations, and maintaining safety standards.
- Proven skills in site Inspection, quality control, and compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or related field; professional certification or license is an advantage.
- Experience in leading site teams, managing subcontractors, and coordinating with architects, consultants, and clients.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to make timely decisions under on-site conditions.
- Prior experience in mid- to large-scale construction projects, preferably within the regional context of Punjab or similar markets.
