We are looking for an experienced Senior Captain to join the team at Brine and lead front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead the service team during shifts.
- Ensure smooth restaurant and bar operations at Brine.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service.




- Monitor table turnover and overall service flow.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Train and mentor captains, stewards, and bar staff.
- Support daily sales targets and upselling initiatives.
- Maintain grooming, discipline, and service standards among team members.

Key Skills Required

- Solid knowledge of restaurant and bar service standards.
- Good understanding of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
