We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for our Patna office who can take ownership of ERP implementation and custom software projects .
This is not a pure data analyst role. We need someone who understands business processes, systems, and implementation , and can work closely with developers to get things built and delivered.
What you will be doing
- Work with internal teams and clients to understand requirements
- Convert requirements into explicit documents (BRD, FRS, workflows, etc.)
- Lead ERP implementation and customization projects
- Work closely with developers to ensure proper execution
- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery , not just documentation
- Coordinate with Data and AI teams (You won t be doing analysis yourself, but you should know what to ask and how to guide them)
- Support testing (UAT)
and ensure the final system works as expected
- Help improve business processes through system implementation
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant
- Strong experience in
- ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus)
- Custom software projects
- Requirement gathering and documentation
- Good understanding of how software projects actually get delivered
- Ability to work with developers and not just business teams
- Some exposure to Data / AI projects is helpful (not mandatory)
