Key Roles &

- Responsibilities

- Business Strategy &
- Market Research: Analyse the EdTech market, competitor offerings, learner segments, institutional needs, and emerging opportunities to develop effective business and growth strategies.
- Business Model &
- Revenue Analysis: Evaluate pricing models, course economics, subscriptions, institutional partnerships, customer acquisition costs, revenue streams, and profitability to identify sustainable growth opportunities.
- Business Intelligence &
- KPI Dashboards: Develop dashboards to track learner acquisition, enrolments, engagement, course completion, retention, revenue, customer feedback, and overall business performance.
- Product &

Requirements Analysis: Translate learner and business needs into product requirements, workflows, user stories, and functional documentation for learning platforms, assessments, progress tracking, and digital education solutions.

- Product-Market Fit &

- Customer Insights: Conduct learner research, analyse feedback, identify user pain points, and recommend improvements to educational products, learning experiences, and customer retention.
- Operational Process Optimisation: Map and improve workflows across content development, course delivery, learner support, marketing, sales, and institutional partnerships to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Business Planning &
- Strategic Reporting:



Prepare feasibility studies, business plans, financial projections, performance reports, and investor-ready analyses to support strategic decisions, partnerships, and future expansion.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Experience in business analysis, business intelligence, management consulting, product analysis, or business strategy.
- Solid analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- SQL and financial modelling are advantageous.
- Understanding of business KPIs, revenue models, customer analytics, and process optimisation.
- Ability to translate data and research into practical business recommendations.
- Familiarity with EdTech, SaaS, online learning platforms, digital products, or educational institutions is preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to contribute to an early-stage venture.

Equity &
- Engagement Structure

- Compensation: Equity-based only at the current stage; no fixed salary.
- Equity allocation: To be discussed based on expertise, responsibilities, contribution, and long-term commitment.
- Vesting: Proposed 5-year vesting structure for core founding team members, subject to the final agreement.
- Future compensation: Fixed compensation may be introduced after funding and revenue stabilisation.
- Commitment: A long-term contribution to BizVidya’s business strategy, analytical systems, and scalable growth is expected.
