We are looking for Sr. Branch Head role with Agency/ ABP Vertical experience.
What does the job entail?
Lead and manage the branch team (FLS, Unit Managers, and support staff).
- Conduct daily huddles, weekly performance reviews, and monthly appraisals.
- Provide coaching, field support, and handholding to improve productivity.
- Build robust relationships with customers, partners, and local influencers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual branch business targets.
- Drive lead generation, sales activation, and market development initiatives.
- Conduct joint field visits with team members to support conversions.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and quick resolution of escalations.
- Maintain high persistency by monitoring renewals and retention activities.
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and internal compliance processes.
- Maintain audit readiness and ensure process hygiene in documentation.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and administrative responsibilities
