Job Summary

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to manage daily bar operations, supervise bar staff and ensure efficient beverage service at its entertainment centre in Prabhadevi, Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in bar operations, beverage management, inventory control, billing and guest service. Candidates from bars, pubs, restaurants, hotels and hospitality establishments are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily bar operations and coordinate the activities of bar staff.
- Ensure timely beverage preparation and service in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain beverage quality, presentation and service standards.
- Monitor bar inventory, stock levels, replenishment and wastage.
- Conduct stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Handle POS billing, cash transactions and shift-end reconciliation.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards are maintained at the bar.
- Handle guest requests and resolve service-related concerns professionally.




- Coordinate with the restaurant, service and operations teams for smooth daily operations.
- Support staff training and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

Candidate Requirements
- Relevant experience in bar operations, beverage service or hospitality supervision.
- Practical knowledge of beverages, bar inventory and stock management.
- Experience supervising bar staff or coordinating a service team.
- Knowledge of POS billing, cash handling and shift reconciliation.
- Valuable communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality and entertainment environment.
- Experience in pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels or hospitality establishments is preferred.

Salary and Benefits
- In-hand salary of up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
