Key Responsibilities

- Manage back-office operations, research, data processing, document review, and quality checks.
- Analyze information, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy and completeness of work.
- Communicate professionally with clients and offshore team members.
- Understand client requirements, provide updates, and coordinate to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Apply critical thinking and logical reasoning to solve problems and handle complex assignments.
- Maintain productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, data accuracy, and quality standards while handling client and corporate information.

- Masters Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in a KPO, coporate research, or back-office operations environment.
- Experience handling data-intensive tasks, document analysis, research, or quality control.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
