Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience in Investment Banking. Preference to candidates with prior knowledge in Infrastructure Sector
Key Responsibilities
· Cover infrastructure as sectors of focus
· Deal execution in M&A; and capital raising right from pitching to deal closure
· Lead client interface for deal execution at senior levels
· Support ideation process within the sector to generate BD ideas and prepare pitch decks. Participate in BD pitches and client interface for deal execution
· Mentor junior/mid -level resources within the team
Key Skills Required:
· Strong deal execution skills, comprising building of robust financial model, PowerPoint presentations for high-quality pitch books,
CIMs & other client collateral
· Prior deal closure experience in Investment Banking – M&A; / capital raising
· Client management skills at senior levels
· Analytical in thought and approach
