Position: Senior Associate / Assistant Manager – Audit & IFC

Experience: 2-3 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Execute Statutory Audits and Internal Audits.
- Conduct IFC testing, process walkthroughs, and RCM documentation.
- Evaluate internal controls and identify control deficiencies.
- Prepare and review audit working papers and reports.
- Coordinate with clients and independently manage assignments.
- Guide junior team members and ensure timely completion of work.

Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a CA firm or audit practice.
- Hands-on exposure to Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and IFC.
- Positive knowledge of auditing standards, Companies Act requirements, and financial reporting.
- Strong Excel, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle assignments and client interactions.
