Role & responsibilities:

- Develop accurate architectural BIM models from point cloud and laser scan data.

- Create as-built models using Autodesk Revit.

- Process and manage point cloud data using Autodesk ReCap Pro.

- Model architectural components including walls, floors, doors, windows, ceilings, roofs, and stairs.

- Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project requirements and BIM standards.

- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project milestones effectively.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation and BIM deliverables.

Required Technical Skills:

- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure).

- Experience with Autodesk Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D).





- Understanding of ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and LOD 300/400 standards.

- Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud is preferred.

- Familiarity with COBie standards and asset information management.

- Valuable working knowledge of MS Office Suite

Preferred candidate profile:

- Candidates based in Chennai or willing to relocate.

- Experience working on Gulf or international projects will be an added advantage.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days are preferred.
