We are looking for a Senior Architect who can lead projects from concept design to site execution, combining strong design skills with sound technical knowledge and ownership of project delivery.

Experience: 5–8 years

Qualification: B.Arch

Employment: Full time, office-based, with site visits

Key responsibilities

- Lead architectural design, space planning and design development for residential, commercial and institutional projects.
- Prepare and review working drawings, construction details and coordinated drawing sets.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP and interior consultants.
- Manage client presentations, design discussions and material selections.
- Conduct site visits, resolve execution queries and ensure work follows approved drawings and design intent.
- Guide junior architects and review their drawings for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage project schedules,



drawing releases and coordination with the execution team.

Required skills

- Strong design sense, detailing ability and understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; experience with Lumion or D5 Render preferred.
- Ability to independently handle projects and coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Clear communication, team leadership and practical problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of local building regulations and approval requirements.

Salary: Based on experience and portfolio. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹73,000.00 per month
